Focus: Creation of Web Presence and Brand Identity
About the Client: John Assaraf has built four multi-million dollar companies over the past 20 years. He’s one of the experts featured in the hit film and book, ”The Secret”, and he’s shared his entrepreneurial expertise with worldwide audiences, including appearances on Larry King Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Anderson Cooper 360 degrees. John is also one of the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management’s Distinguished Thought Leaders.
The Challenge: John consistently had been marketing himself on behalf of his companies, i.e., as the founder of OneCoach. Given the rise in his celebrity, he decided it was appropriate to brand himself as a speaker, author and entrepreneur, creating a web presence to promote coaching programs, increase opt-in list participation for self-development products, and publicize keynote speaking engagements. He turned to gWave, knowing its experts would be able to handle both the web presence and brand creation elements of the project.
The gWave Solution: After gaining a clear understanding of John’s goals, gWave proposed the following:
- Developing a branded website, logo, tagline and blog, all of which would help John promote his ”get more of what you want” messaging as well as his latest news, i.e., movies ”Pass It On” and ”The Secret” and his book, ”The Street Kids Guide to Having It All.”

- Creating the John Assaraf Vision Board brand, marketing the concept introduced in ”The Secret.”
The Result: John Assaraf is no longer just a company founder he’s a brand, complete with a professionally designed website, tagline (Reinventing the Entrepreneur) and logo. He now has a strong online presence, a place to call his own on the Internet where he can blog, share his latest news, promote and solicit keynote speaking opportunities, and market products such as the John Assaraf Vision Board. gWave launched the website and blog, laying the groundwork for John’s team at OneCoach to maintain the site, facilitate product sales and track site traffic.
